The Green Diet Special
Reviewer: A reader
This is a book that is really great for anybody that wants their kids or families to be on a plant-based diet. It's really a one
of a kind find: you get all the info on eating awareness -scientific facts and tips on how to get the most out of your food,
cooked or raw, fresh, wholesome, etc. plus how to do food combining, how to make fresh sprouts, and great "concept" recipes that
you can make a zillion different ways -breakfast, lunches, dinners and snacks. The illustrations from Camille Rendal are so
precious -and kids (or grownups) can color almost every page. This book isn't preachy: but it definitely shows anybody how they
can be healthy, keep their families healthy, AND how to keep Mother Earth healthier at the same time. Really recommend it!
